Project Fulfill Art Space, is a show case for Taiwan‘s contemporary art and a platform that adjoins new waves of creativity. We think our space as an Art Radiator; in here boldness, passions and limitless constituents of creativity of new generation artists are brought together and this art vibration is transmitted to various receivers inside and outside of the country through our web site, gallery exhibitions and international shows.?
Project Fulfill is a team that made up by a group of people with art, finance, design, and marketing background. We develop ourselves by introducing avant-garde art from all over the world, at the same time using local resources, and gathering Taiwan contemporary art?

What is your submission policy?
The goal of Project Fulfill is to nurture new talent in original painting, photograph, and video art. Project Fulfill will continue to promote work by established and emerging artists, both online and exhibitions at various spaces. If you would like Project Fulfill to consider your work for promotion, please send:
- 3-5 digital images of your work (jpegs, 72dpi, 400 pixels)
- Details of the images (Title, Size, Medium, Price, etc.)
- A short paragraph about your art practice.
- A brief CV/ Biography

How do I purchase artwork from Project Fulfill?
You must be a registered Project Fulfill user to buy art at pfarts.com. Then add the items you like to the bag. There are 2 payment methods:
1.
ATM/ Remittance payment
We use SmilePay to process the purchase, therefore, when you choose ATM/ Remittance Payment, the web page will connect directly to SmilePay. You can choose to go to the bank or ATM machine to wire the payment or use the online ATM to process it.
Please note: ATM service is only available in Taiwan. Please choose “Utility Payment” when using the ATM payment.
In addition, please keep the account number from SmilePay, or you will have to repeat the payment process again in order to get a new set of account number.
2.
Online credit card
Add the items that interest you in the bag and choose “Online Credit Card,” you will then connect to SmilePay website to precede the payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB credit card.
Note: please check your credit line before using a credit card so as to make sure your deal will be made smoothly.
We will keep your reservation for 3 days. After complete the payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
You will receive a personal email from a Project Fulfill fcustomer service representative within one business day of placing your order to let you know when you can expect it. Some artwork is ready to ship from our office immediately, but others (particularly photographs) may take a few weeks if they must be printed or framed, or if they've been included in an exhibition. We do promise to ship all purchases as quickly as possible, and we will stay in close contact with you about shipping dates.
Note: Be sure to hold on to the original packaging materials until the artwork has been confirmed. |

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If you can tell by looking at the box that the artwork has been
damaged in shipment, do not open it. If you do discover damage,
email us immediately at infopfarts@gmail.com

Can I purchase from abroad?
Yes! We offer global shopping service.
When you add any items in the cart and send an order, the system will not ask you to pay immediately. Your order will be held until we contact you with emails. Those emails will provides you with info about processing fees, payment and manners of delivery, as well as delivering time and fees.
Delivery fee will be add to your bill once you confirm your order. Both “ATM/ Remittance payment” and “Online credit card” will be accepted.
Manners and time required of delivery may vary upon different countries and regions. We will contact your as fast as possible about delivery and shipping time. |

How to preserve a good painting
Although it is difficult for private collectors to provide museum-class preservation environment, necessary protection should be paid in painting collection. The preserving environment have a decisive impact on lifespan of paintings. Following are key factors:
- To avoid high humidity and temperature change, paintings shouldn’t be hung on the walls or partitions of kitchen and bathroom. No paintings should be placed near air-condition devices or fire places either. In addition, you should always avoid new wall when it’s still moistly. When you hang a painting, make sure there’s certain angle between the wall and the painting so as to leave room for ventilation and reduce the moist absorbed by the painting.
- Painting should be always kept away from rain or water. It’s not to be hung in anyplace under beam of sunshine. However, paintings should be kept in place with sufficient light for those kept in dark spaces are tend to suffer from mildew or color change.
- Paintings should be hung high in places where people walk by frequently to avoid dust caused by walkers.
- Cigarettes are prohibited in space with paintings. Collectors should always pay attentions to air quality.
- Avoid lapping. Adequate space should be kept between each piece when lapping is inevitable.
- Be extremely careful in moving paintings, any in application could cause serious harm.
- In principle, paintings are not to be removed from their frames, not to mention coiling or folding. Many damages are caused by above mistreatments. It’s not going too far to day human factors contribute to necessary early repairmen of paintings.

How should I choose among so many works?
Trust your instinct. When you do art shopping, you are the one to be pleased! However, when living standard gets higher and higher and people devote more and more to house decor, choosing an art piece that fits your house becomes challenging. In purchasing a painting, the first thing to be considered is the size of the space: how to make a painting stand out from its surroundings. Sometimes it’s better to leave some space around a painting. In addition, decor and styles of furniture should also be taken into consideration.
